Refund & Exchange Policy

14-Day Approval

We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our
website. We will supply a full refund (excluding postage & packaging) on any
item returned unspoiled within 14 days. Alternatively you may simply exchange
the item.
We do not offer refunds on Hats or Body protectors for health and safety.
 
 

Returns, Exchanges & Complaints

We will gladly exchange any item or issue a refund, if the item is returned
unsoiled and unused, within 14 days of receipt (a refund will be made less the
cost of postage & packaging). Unfortunately we cannot accept hats or body
protectors due to health and safety regulations unless faulty.

Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials or poor
workmanship should be returned for inspection immediately and if necessary the
item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. In these cases 28
days must be allowed. Under no circumstances should items continue to be used
when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged
condition. Postages costs will be reimbursed for justified damages.

Please note:

Due to health & hygiene hazards involved with the inspection of clothing,
footwear and equipment, we regret that we are unable to handle any item unless
it is clean & dry (Health & Safety at Work Act 1974).
